How SMS Is Triggered. SMS messages may be sent when:

• You submit a form and provide consent to receive SMS communication


• You request information or a demo

• You reply to outreach message or otherwise engage in conversation and request further information

• You call a business using QuickAppTap software and receive a one-time missed-call follow-up message

If you receive a missed-call follow-up text:

• It is a single message


• No further messages are sent unless you engage or provide consent


• You may reply STOP to opt out

Information We Collect

• Account & billing details if you buy a plan (handled through secure payment processors).

  How We Use Information

• If you call one of our clients and your call is missed, we may send a one-time SMS (for example, to share a link to submit your request). This message is sent once only; reply STOP to opt out immediately. We do not use your number for other messages unless you give explicit consent.

• To provide and improve our products and services.

• To send service messages (e.g., confirmations, reminders, critical updates).

• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.
